I am ready for life to slow down a little bit.... Yesterday I had my car broken into while I was in the boat house erging. It happened between 5:15 and 6:30. They just went for my purse... which was my favorite purse that I got in Paris last year. They smashed in the drivers side window, and only took the purse. It had my wallet and my new phone in it. Total bummer. Not only is it a pain in the butt to cancel all my credit cards, have to get a new drivers license, and replace my phone, but we also have to get the window fixed. Dax is doing that today. It is just a huge inconvenience... and expensive. We searched the area, taped up the window and waited for the police to come to do the report. It was all very annoying. No one has ever been broken into there before. I just happen to be the lucky one. But, today we got in the water. It was a most frustrating day... but we got in the water. The sunrise was great... and the scenery is actually breathtaking. I loved that part... I loved actually getting in the boat... but it was very scary... and I felt like a RETARD when it came to handling the oar. So, lots to do there... lots to learn... etc.
